A moment to celebrate. 17 young participants. A future together. The second edition of the MAIRE Project Control Academy has come to a close, marking the end of a transformative journey for the 17 students from the Università di Catania. With our Chairman Fabrizio di Amato, it was an opportunity to reflect on the hard work and dedication that brought everyone here. Born from a strategic partnership with the University of Catania, this initiative empowers young students from the faculties of Engineering and Economics with real-world expertise in Project Planning, Scheduling and Financial Control. Over 210 hours of intensive, hands-on training, students engaged directly with university professors and MAIRE professionals to build skills that matter and that last, on projects that simulate our business realities. This is more than training. This is an investment: in people, in Catania, in excellence. Good luck to every one of you. We've thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent together!

That’s why we invited the students of the ALTIS Università Cattolica Master in Sustainable Business Administration to spend a morning at MAIRE - right where strategies take shape and complexity is part of the everyday. They met the people behind our projects, who deal daily with decarbonisation, circularity, wellbeing, biodiversity and saw how those priorities turn into engineering choices, measurable impacts and real-world change.
